Certificate Verification

Check whether a PHSO assessment certificate exists in the authoritative register and whether it is currently valid.

How to verify a certificate

Find the certificate serial number printed on the certificate (for example PHSO-2026-ABC123).
Enter it in the form above. If the certificate also shows a verification code, enter that too for a stronger check.
Or scan the QR code on the certificate with your phone camera — it opens this page with the result.
Check that the institution name, category and dates shown match the paper certificate exactly.

A certificate is genuine and current only when this page shows the status Valid. If details do not match, or the result is Expired, Suspended or Revoked, please contact PHSO.

Other PHSO records

Some certificates (for example, training records) are held on the PHSO certificate portal.
