Our purpose

Protecting Human Life Through Workplace Safety

Every inspection, report and training session we deliver has one goal — that everyone goes home safe.

About PHSO

Safer workplaces are built one inspection at a time

The Pakistan Health and Safety Organization (PHSO) works with schools, factories, hospitals, offices, construction sites and commercial buildings to find hazards before they cause harm.

Our inspectors document what they find, explain the risk in plain language and agree a practical corrective-action plan with each institution. We return to verify the work, train the people responsible, and issue an assessment certificate only when the applicable requirements have genuinely been met.

Our Mission

To protect human life by helping institutions across Pakistan identify hazards, correct deficiencies and build lasting health and safety practices through independent inspection, clear reporting, practical training and verified follow-up.

Our Vision

A Pakistan where every worker, student and patient returns home safely at the end of each day.

Objectives

  • Raise health and safety standards in educational, industrial, healthcare and commercial institutions.
  • Identify hazards and deficiencies before they lead to accidents, injuries or loss of life.
  • Provide clear, evidence-based inspection reports and achievable corrective-action plans.
  • Build safety competence through awareness and professional training.
  • Verify improvements through follow-up inspections.
  • Recognise institutions that meet requirements with certificates that can be verified publicly.
